Georgiana Grigore is an Associate Professor in Marketing at the University of Leicester's School of Business, where she has served since June 2020. She leads the Consumption, Markets and Society research group and chairs an annual international conference on Social Responsibility, Ethics, and Sustainability, co-founded in 2012. Her work bridges corporate social responsibility (CSR), marketing theory, and ethical practices.
Previously, she held roles as Director of Studies at Henley Business School and Programme Leader for a Marketing Communications undergraduate program at Bournemouth University. Her research focuses on CSR’s impact on stakeholders, leveraging relationship-marketing theory. She has collaborated with academics and practitioners across Europe on consultancy and research projects.
Grigore’s publications appear in journals like Journal of Business Ethics, Marketing Theory, and Organization, alongside conference papers and books. She actively engages with industry, emphasizing practical applications of ethical marketing strategies.
