Georgia Ntatsi is an Associate Professor at the Laboratory of Vegetable Production, Agricultural University of Athens (AUA), and CEO of the AUA spin-off NUTRISENSE. Her research focuses on sustainable horticultural practices, including hydroponics, controlled-environment agriculture, and soil health improvement. She explores crop resilience to abiotic stress (drought, salinity), organic farming, and circular economy models. Dr. Ntatsi has led or participated in over 10 European and national projects, including Horizon 2020 initiatives like RADIANT and TOMRES. She serves on editorial boards of journals like Scientia Horticulturae and Plants, and holds leadership roles in professional societies such as the Greek Society for Horticultural Science.
