Associate Teaching Professor George Fereday is the technology coordinator for materials at the School of Art, Architecture and Design, London Metropolitan University. Previously, he worked at Foster+Partners as a materials researcher, contributing to projects like the Apple Campus and Bloomberg Headquarters. He also researched at the University of Cambridge’s Centre for Natural Material Innovation, focusing on renewable materials. Recognized with a commendation in the 2017 IStructE Education Awards for his work on haptic feedback in architectural education, Fereday teaches nationally and internationally, emphasizing sustainable materials and hands-on learning.
