George Charles Kueppers is an Adjunct Professor in the Communication Department at George Mason University (GMU) and a full-time Account Executive in the civic communication tech industry in Washington, D.C. He holds a Master of Arts (2017) and a Doctor of Philosophy (2020) in Communication from GMU, alongside dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in Political Science and Global Studies from Concordia College (2015).

His research focuses on the dynamic relationships between communication, learning, and behavior. Key interests include health communication, political communication, strategic communication, environmental/risk communication, and interpersonal mental health communication. His doctoral research explored help-seeking behaviors in mental health contexts. He has been involved in competitive forensics since high school and serves as a Graduate Assistant in GMU’s Communication Department.
