Dr. George Basile is a Professor of Practice at Arizona State University (ASU), affiliated with the School of Sustainability, Global KAITEKI Center, Biodesign Center for Molecular Design and Biomimetics, and the Walton Center for Planetary Health. He holds a PhD in Biophysics from UC Berkeley and a BS in Physics from UC Irvine. Previously, he taught at Berkeley and Stanford and led R&D at The Natural Step. He currently advises Fortune 500 companies and nonprofits on sustainability strategies.
