Geoffrey Schwartz is an Adjunct Assistant Professor in the Department of Management and Organizations at the Leonard N. Stern School of Business, New York University, where he teaches Venture Building for Entrepreneurs and Intrapreneurs to MBA students. He has been affiliated with NYU Stern since 2020 and brings extensive industry experience in innovation and strategy.
His research and professional interests center around entrepreneurship, innovation, human-centered design, and customer experience. As an innovation strategist and venture builder, he integrates business strategy with design thinking to develop new products, services, and ventures.
Geoffrey is also an Executive Director of Strategy at frog Design, where he leads interdisciplinary teams in launching new business solutions for clients including Warner Media, Barclays, GE, and Samsung. He has co-founded e-commerce ventures and served as a Resident and Advisor at Google’s New York Design Incubator, 30 Weeks.
He is a frequent speaker at national conferences such as the Design Intelligence Forum and NRF Big Show, and has led innovation workshops at institutions like Wharton and Tufts. He is the author of a LinkedIn Learning course on Customer Experience, emphasizing relationship-based strategies in modern business.
