Gennady Gildenblat is a Professor in the Department of Electrical Engineering at Arizona State University (ASU), affiliated with the Ira A. Fulton School of Engineering. He joined ASU in 2006 and specializes in semiconductor device physics, modeling, and integrated circuit technology. Dr. Gildenblat holds a PhD in Solid-State Physics from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute (1984) and an MSEE from the St. Petersburg Electrical Engineering Institute (1975).
