Bucher Matthias

Matthias Bucher is a Professor at the Department of Electronics and Computer Architecture, School of Electronic & Computer Engineering, Technical University of Crete, Greece. His research focuses on analog/RF integrated circuit design, compact modeling, and semiconductor device physics.

• Education: PhD (1999) and MSc (1993) in Electrical Engineering from EPFL, Switzerland
