Genevieve Clarkson serves as Associate Professor of Tuba and Euphonium at Oklahoma City University's School of Music since 2018. An active soloist and clinician, she specializes in brass performance and music education.

Clarkson's research centers on tuba and euphonium performance, brass chamber music, and advocacy for women in brass. Her performances at International Women’s Brass Conferences and the Suffrage Centennial recital highlight her commitment to expanding opportunities for women musicians.
She has presented at major conferences including TMEA and the Midwest Clinic, and serves as Lead Tuba Instructor for the Bluecoats Drum and Bugle Corps. Clarkson received a recording artist grant for the In Motus Quartet's debut album.
As a member of the In Motus Quartet, she performs nationally and has released two critically acclaimed CDs.
