Geneva Sedgwick is a Professor in the Department of Marketing at Seattle University’s Albers School of Business and Economics and serves as Director of the MBA in Sport and Entertainment Management program. She holds a JD from Villanova University School of Law, an LLM in International Law from New York University, and a BS in Marketing from Boston College.
Her research focuses on human rights in technology/AI, employee privacy law, and ethical business practices. She is recognized for innovative teaching, including designing online courses on law, ethics, and business analytics for Seattle University and Microsoft’s LinkedIn Learning platform. Her work has been published in journals like the Stanford Technology Law Review and the American Business Law Journal.
