Barbara Lock

Barbara Lock is an Adjunct Professor at the University of Washington School of Law (tax LLM program) and Seattle University School of Law. She previously directed the federal tax clinic and taught at the University of Idaho College of Law (2010–2020). She holds an LLM in taxation from the University of Washington, a JD from UCLA, and a BS from UC Riverside.
