Dr. Gemma Irving is a Senior Lecturer at the University of Queensland (UQ) Business School, specializing in workplace design, hybrid work dynamics, and organizational behavior. Her research focuses on how physical and virtual environments influence professional collaboration, learning, and well-being, with particular attention to healthcare settings and emergency departments. She is a founding member of the Next Generation Workspace Research Network, bridging academia and industry to address workspace challenges.
