Dr. Gemma Lewis is a Senior Lecturer in Management at the University of Tasmania’s Tasmanian School of Business and Economics, based in Launceston. She holds multiple academic roles including Deputy Discipline Leader and has coordinated the Bachelor of Business program. Her research focuses on small business collaboration, regional development, strategic management, and volunteer leadership in emergency contexts. She completed a PhD in Commerce and holds a First Class Honours degree with a University Medal.
