Geir Draugsvoll

Geir Draugsvoll is a Norwegian accordionist and Professor at the Danish Academy of Music and Dramatic Arts (DKDM), where he has been employed since 1995. He specializes in classical accordion performance and serves as a subject coordinator for accordion education. Draugsvoll has pioneered the accordion’s role in classical music through international collaborations, premieres of contemporary works, and editorial contributions to accordion notation.
