Gaurav Khatri, M.D., is an Associate Professor of Radiology at UT Southwestern Medical Center and Chief of its Abdominal Imaging Division. His clinical interests include pelvic floor dysfunction, inflammatory bowel disease, and cancers of the liver, pancreas, and rectum. He leads imaging programs for pelvic floor mesh and defecography, collaborating closely with urologists and urogynecologists. Dr. Khatri is a co-investigator on NIH-funded pelvic floor disorder grants and Texas-based hepatocellular carcinoma research initiatives.

- Abdominal Imaging and MRI Fellowship, Northwestern Memorial Hospital
Research & Clinical Contributions: Specializes in MRI/ultrasound imaging of pelvic floor disorders and pancreatic cancer prevention. Pioneered novel pancreatic cyst reporting systems and high-risk pancreatic MRI protocols. Serves as UT Southwestern’s lead radiologist for the pancreatic cancer prevention clinic and multidisciplinary hepatocellular carcinoma team.
