Gary Steven Marshall

Dr. Gary Steven Marshall is a Professor in the School of Public Administration at the University of Nebraska Omaha. He holds a Ph.D. from Virginia Tech (1993), an MPA from George Washington University (1987), a BA from University of Massachusetts Amherst (1981), and an MS in Counseling from UNO (2012). He is also a Licensed Mental Health Practitioner in Nebraska (2022–2030).

• Service: Editorial boards of Administrative Theory & Praxis and International Journal of Organization Theory and Behavior. Board Chair of Public Administration Theory Network. Pro bono counseling with Heartland Family Service.

He also co-edited Lacanian Compass and collaborates internationally with Denmark's Center for Democratic Network Governance.
