Gary Marshall

Gary Marshall, Ph.D., is a Professor at the School of Public Administration, University of Nebraska at Omaha. His research focuses on human identity within public agencies, integrating philosophy of social science and organizational theory. He holds editorial roles at Administrative Theory & Praxis and the International Journal of Organization Theory and Behavior.
