Professor Gary Magee is a leading academic in economic history at Monash University's Department of Economics within the Faculty of Business and Economics. He holds concurrent roles as a Research Affiliate at the Australian National University's Centre for Economic History and has previously served as Director of the Asian Economics Centre (University of Melbourne), Head of La Trobe University's School of Economics and Finance, and Deputy Dean (Research) at Monash.
