Gary Delanoeye, EdD, is an Adjunct Professor at Antioch University's Education Program. He began his teaching career in 1977 at Hollywood High School, transitioned to special education roles at the Devereux Foundation and Mary B. Perry High School, and joined Antioch University Santa Barbara (AUSB) in 2007. His career spans over four decades, focusing on education for special populations and ecological literacy.

- Volunteer: Naturalist with Channel Island National Park
Dr. Delanoeye's research interests include Special Education, Delinquency Prevention, and Environmental Education, with a focus on teacher training and cooperative learning. He has presented at over 30 professional conferences on these topics and integrates ecological literacy into his teaching through island hikes and whale-watching excursions. His work emphasizes community college partnerships and addressing learning challenges in at-risk youth.
