Gary D. Bass is an Adjunct Professor at Georgetown University's McCourt School of Public Policy, where he teaches on social change and advocacy. He is President of GDB Consulting and Executive Director Emeritus of the Bauman Foundation, with a long-standing commitment to civic engagement, government accountability, and democratic reform.
