Gargi Ghosh is a Senior Lecturer in Nursing Apprenticeships at Anglia Ruskin University's Faculty of Health, Education and Social Care, School of Nursing. With 17 years of NHS clinical experience, she serves as an early career researcher in social policy and co-leads the Reproductive and Family Health Research Group for the Health and Care Research Cluster (HCRC). She holds a PhD in Public Health from the University of West London.

Her research focuses on nutritional disparities, obesity impacts, and health inequalities among aging populations. She investigates household dynamics, unmet care needs, and Brexit-related challenges for EU migrants. Her publications demonstrate interdisciplinary approaches combining nursing, public health, and social policy.

Gargi supervises Professional Doctorate (DProf) and summer research interns.
