Gargi Ghosh is a Senior Lecturer in Nursing Apprenticeships at Anglia Ruskin University's School of Nursing within the Faculty of Health, Education and Social Care. A Fellow of the Royal Society for Public Health (FRSPH) and the Higher Education Academy (FHEA), she holds a PhD in Public Health from the University of West London and has 17 years of NHS clinical experience as a lead clinical nurse specialist and policy developer. Her work bridges clinical practice, public health, and social policy.

Her 2023 research secured £2,500 in internal grants for undergraduate research internships. She contributed to HMPPS-funded prison policy analysis through quantitative data consultancy.
