Dr. Gargi Ghosh is a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at the Computational Medicine Center since 2022. She holds a Ph.D. in Molecular Biology from the University of Kalyani (2021). Her research focuses on understanding the regulation of tRNA-derived fragments in diseases using Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, and Bioinformatics. Previously, she conducted postdoctoral research at the University of Kalyani (2021-2022), studying the role of Utrophin-A UTRs through CRISPR/Cas9-mediated editing of cis-regulatory elements.
