Gareth Williams is a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Public Health, Sport and Wellbeing at the University of Chester, UK. He holds a BA (Hons) from the University of Birmingham, a PGCE from West London Institute of Higher Education, and an MA in PE, Sport, and Dance from Liverpool John Moores University.
