Gail Fairhurst

Gail T. Fairhurst is a Distinguished University Research Professor of Organizational Communication at the University of Cincinnati. She specializes in leadership communication processes, organizational discourse, and framing theory, with extensive publications and international recognition for her scholarly contributions.

Her research explores how leadership emerges through communication practices, paradox management, and discursive framing in organizations.
