Gabriella Parkes is a Senior Lecturer at the Harper Adams Business School, Harper Adams University. Her teaching focuses on Agricultural Economics, Microeconomics, and the impacts of recreation on the countryside. She also instructs in Leisure and Tourism Policy, Destination Management, Events Management, and Marketing.
Her research interests include seniors' employment in rural economies, food tourism, 'Pick Your Own' farm businesses, recreational farm diversifications, and rural entrepreneurship. She is a member of the Agricultural Economics Society.
