Gabor Gelleri is a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Modern Languages at Aberystwyth University. He holds dual PhDs in French Literature (ELTE, 2005) and French History (EHESS, 2009), along with an MA in Cultural Anthropology.
- Research Interests: Cultures of travel and mobility in the French-speaking world, translation, history of journalism, and intersections of colonialism, gender, and tourism.
- Publications: Authored Philosophies du voyage (2016) and Lessons of Travel (2020); co-edited Travel and Conflict in the Early Modern World (2020).
