Fumiko Inoue is a Professor at the Center for Higher Education Studies, affiliated with Teikyo University and the Global Education Center. She has been a key figure in promoting the Scholarship of Teaching and Learning (SoTL) at Teikyo University since 2005, particularly through the Center for Teaching and Learning (CTL) since 2017.
