Friederike Hilbert

Friederike Hilbert is an Associate Professor at the University of Veterinary Medicine Vienna, affiliated with the Food Hygiene and Technology department. She holds a habilitation and is a Diplomat of the European College of Veterinary Public Health (ECVPH). Her roles include membership in the BIOHAZ Panel of the European Food Safety Authority (EFSA), the Austrian Codex Commission, and the Credentials Committee of the ECVPH, where she serves as an examiner in Food Microbiology.
