Fred Morrison serves as a Lecturer at Ulster University's School of Communication and Media within the Faculty of Arts, Humanities & Social Sciences, where he has taught since 2000. His academic foundation includes a BSc in Psychology and a DPhil from Ulster University, with doctoral research focused on challenges and skills development for persons with severe learning disabilities.
Morrison's research portfolio integrates communication theory with practical applications in domestic violence prevention, psychometric assessment, and multinational corporate consultancy.
