Fred Hofstetter

Dr. Fred Hofstetter is a Professor in both the School of Education and the Department of Music at the University of Delaware. His work bridges educational technology, music education, and instructional design. He develops eLearning tools like the iSeeNcode app and the iPad Primer, an ePub featured in the Apple iBookstore.
