Franziska Claußen

Prof. Franziska Claußen is a Professor of Neurology and holds a leadership role in the Department of Neurology at the Universitätsklinikum Hamburg-Eppendorf (UKE). She is affiliated with the Medical Faculty of the University of Hamburg and the Center for Health Care Research & Public Health (CHCR & PH). Her expertise focuses on neuroimmunology, particularly multiple sclerosis (MS), combining clinical practice with translational research.

Education & Career: Prof. Claußen completed her medical training at the University of Hamburg, followed by specialized training in neurology. She has been instrumental in establishing the Neuroimmunology and Multiple Sclerosis research group at the UKE.
