Franziska Bredehöft

Dr. Franziska Bredehöft is an Administrative Professor of Business Psychology at the Osnabrück University of Applied Sciences, Faculty of Economics and Social Sciences. She specializes in work and health psychology, organizational development, and team dynamics. Her research focuses on health-promoting work conditions, leadership, and autonomy in the workplace. She teaches courses such as Diversity Management, Health Management in Organizations, and Business Psychology fundamentals.
