Franz Kaiser

Prof. Dr. Franz Kaiser is a Professor at the University of Rostock, Faculty of Philosophy. He serves as an Institute spokesperson, managing the institute in cooperation with Prof. Tamara Riehle and Dr. Kalisch, and holds responsibility for study programs at the institute. He is also the Chairman of the University Entrance Examination Commission of the Faculty of Philosophy.

Dr. Kaiser's research focuses on vocational education, business administration, and educational policy, with particular expertise in commercial training occupations and office management. His work examines structural innovations in vocational training systems, interest constellations in educational policy making, and the development of commercial professions. He has conducted significant research on the reorganization of office occupations and the development of the 'Office Management Clerk' profession in Germany.

Dr. Kaiser has contributed to understanding the commonalities and differences among commercial business administration professions through his work on the GUK project.
