Frans Verhees serves as Assistant Professor in Marketing and Consumer Behaviour at Wageningen University's Social Sciences Group (WASS). His work bridges agricultural economics and consumer behavior with specific focus on market orientation in developing economies and precision livestock technologies.
Verhees' research centers on producer cooperatives, market orientation, and precision agriculture applications. His fingerprint reveals dominant expertise in Ethiopian seed systems (100% Market Orientation, 100% Producer Cooperatives) and emerging work in electronic nose biosensors for poultry disease detection (100% Poultry Production, 100% Electronic Nose).
