Frank Suchwala serves as an Associate Professor in the Department of Food & Hospitality Management/Culinary Arts at Pennsylvania College of Technology's School of Business & Hospitality, where he has been a faculty member since August 1998 after accumulating over 18 years of industry experience.

His academic credentials include:

• Culinary Arts and Food Service Management degrees from Johnson and Wales University
• Master of Science in Instructional Technology from Bloomsburg University
