Frank Smolenaers is an Adjunct Professor (Research) at the Design Health Collab, Monash University, and a Research Fellow at the University of Melbourne's Centre for Digital Transformation of Health. As Director of Technology at the Alfred Hospital's Centre for Health Innovation, he leads the $13m Digital Health Design Lab, focusing on patient/clinician-centered design of healthcare solutions.
