Frank Panhans

Univ.-Prof. Frank Panhans is a Professor at the Music and Arts University of the City of Vienna (MUK) since 2014, affiliated with the Faculty of Performing Arts. Born in 1966, he studied acting at the Felix Mendelssohn Bartholdy University of Music and Theatre in Leipzig. His career spans acting in theaters across Germany (Potsdam, Dresden, Frankfurt/Oder) and freelance work in theater, film, television, and radio since 1996. He co-founded the Theater des Lachens Berlin and has directed at prominent institutions including the Düsseldorf Schauspielhaus, Dresden State Theater, and Vienna's Theater der Jugend.
