Francois Libois is a Researcher at the University of Namur's Centre of Research in the Economics of Development (CRED), affiliated with the Department of Economics. His work focuses on development economics, natural resource management, and public policy analysis, with extensive fieldwork in Nepal and Belgium. He holds a PhD in Economics from the University of Namur (2016) and prior Master's degrees in Economics (2008, 2009).
