Francisco Javier Garcia Alonso

Francisco Javier Garcia Alonso serves as an Associate Professor in the Department of Food Technology, Nutrition and Bromatology at the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, University of Murcia, where he conducts research and teaching in food science and nutritional biochemistry.

His educational background includes a PhD from the University of Murcia (2006) with the thesis Evaluación in vitro e in vivo de la funcionalidad de un producto rico en antioxidantes (In vitro and in vivo evaluation of the functionality of an antioxidant-rich product), supervised by Dr. María Jesús Periago Gastón and Dr. Gaspar Francisco Ros Berruezo.

His research focuses on:
