Francisca Jensen is an Associate Professor at the School of Teacher Education, University of Oklahoma, with a focus on Early Childhood Education and educational equity. She has 21 years of experience as a National Board-certified public school educator, transitioning from roles as an Early Childhood teacher (16 years) and English Language teacher (5 years) in the Norman Public School system, while also serving as an adjunct professor in Early Childhood and developmental education courses for nine years.

She also volunteers at the Center for Children and Families, providing translation services for Latino families.
