Francisca Bremberger

Francisca Bremberger is a tenured Senior Lecturer at the Department of Economics of WU Vienna University of Economics and Business. She holds a Magistra (2008) and a Doctoral Degree (2011) in Social and Economic Sciences from WU. Her research focuses on Regulatory Economics, Energy Markets, Corporate Governance, and Telecommunications Markets. She has contributed to understanding regulatory frameworks in network industries, environmental standards' impact on firms, and energy market structures.

Research Highlights: Her work examines unbundling scenarios in energy markets, EU emissions trading system effects on Germany's energy mix, and eco-efficiency under regulatory standards. She has published in journals like Economic Inquiry and Energy Journal.
