Stefan Bogner

Prof. Dr. Stefan Bogner is a Full Professor of Finance at WU Vienna University of Economics and Business, specializing in strategic capital market research, corporate finance, and taxation policy. He holds a PhD (1996) and habilitation (1998) in General Business Administration. His research focuses on Mergers & Acquisitions, legal unbundling in energy markets, microcredit investment analysis, and tax implications in corporate valuation. He has published extensively in peer-reviewed journals and contributed to legal commentaries and financial lexicons.
