Francis X. Shen is Professor of Law and Solly Robins Distinguished Research Fellow at the University of Minnesota Law School. He directs the Shen Neurolaw Lab and co-chairs the Consortium on Law and Values in Health, Environment & Life Sciences. With interdisciplinary appointments in neuroscience, his work examines how neuroscience and AI can improve legal systems.
