Prof. Francesco Martelli is a fixed-term Researcher at the Department of Food and Drug Sciences, University of Parma. He teaches courses in Food Microbiology and Microbiological Analysis Techniques across both first-cycle (BSc) and second-cycle (MSc) degrees in Food Science and Technology, Food Safety, and Quality Management of Raw Materials.
