Francesca Fiori

Dr. Francesca Fiori is a Senior Lecturer in Social Policy at the University of Strathclyde, based in the Faculty of Humanities & Social Sciences. Her work focuses on demographic trends, family dynamics, and social policy interventions. She has contributed to research on fertility patterns among immigrant populations, caregiving roles of adult children, and the impact of social-class parenting practices on education outcomes. Her recent projects include analyses of pandemic-era care provision and employment transitions for new mothers in Italy.
