Francesca Fiaschetti is a Research Fellow at the Martin Buber Society of Fellows, Hebrew University of Jerusalem. Her research focuses on the Mongol Yuan dynasty, emphasizing political ideology, identity-building, and cultural interactions between Han and non-Han Empires. She also investigates how diplomacy facilitated exchanges of knowledge, goods, artisans, and scholars between the Yuan Khanate and Southeast Asia.
