Francesca Boem is a Lecturer at the Department of Electronic and Electrical Engineering at University College London (UCL) and an Honorary Lecturer at Imperial College London's Department of Electrical and Electronic Engineering. She is affiliated with the Control and Power Research Group and the EU KIOS Research and Innovation Centre of Excellence. Her work focuses on scalable safety, security, and fault-tolerant control for large-scale systems, particularly in power networks and critical infrastructures.
