Frances Crow is an independent architect, researcher, and educator with a focus on sustainable design, community engagement, and heritage conservation. She held roles as a Senior Lecturer in Architecture at Falmouth University (until 2019) and Plymouth University (2002–2007). Her work integrates co-design methodologies to address climate challenges, urban regeneration, and low-impact development. She has collaborated with organizations like van Heyningen and Haward Architects and contributed to projects such as the Polhill Library and Brooklands (English Heritage). She also co-founded Liminal, an arts practice bridging art, education, and community projects.
