Frances Chang serves as a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Management at Macquarie Business School, Macquarie University. She leads the Innovation, Strategy and Entrepreneurship major and previously directed the Master of Commerce program. Her academic journey includes a PhD from Macquarie University and an MBA from the University of Dubuque, US, complemented by a Higher Education Senior Fellowship from the UK's Higher Education Academy.
Her research centers on entrepreneurial networks, small business dynamics, and internationalization strategies. Chang employs a constructivist and experiential teaching methodology, developing innovative units like Application of Business Models while instructing across MBA, GMBA, and undergraduate levels.
